The company works with Ship rocket and its network of partners for order deliveries across India. Shipping options can be selected based on location and desired speed.  
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the product(s) in the order. Estimated costs are available at checkout before purchase. 
3. Delivery timeframe
Most orders are delivered within a couple of days, based on the location. Certain products may have a waiting period of up to one month before dispatch. This will be indicated on the product page or during checkout where applicable. 
4. Handling and processing time
There is no separate handling or processing time for orders.  
5. Order tracking
A tracking ID and a link to track the shipment's progress will be provided once the order has shipped. 
6. Returns and exchanges
